Public Storage

Good location and access. Unfortunately, the pipes broke over my unit destroying a significant amount of my valued belongings. Public storage required I change to a dry unit. The only unit they had was larger. Initially, they priced matched my smaller unit, but within 6 months, they began charging me for a larger unit, and have consistently increased the price ever since, to the point where it's nearly tripled the original price. They are fully aware I am disabled and unable to come and move my belongings out. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this storage facility at all.

They have been great and easy to work with. They have 24 hour access available which was one of the factors that helped me decide to rent here the other was the great service and information that Bradley gave me when I was looking at facilities to rent a unit at - he was so helpful and pleasant- thank you Bradley!

Brittany at this location was amazing I moved across the country and needed another unit while on the road. She called and did everything with me over the phone. Very professional. I now have 2 units at this location and appreciate thr time she took to make sure I was helped. Thank you.
