I had a great experience today at Public Storage on Mountview lane. Jackie is an amazing asset to your company & I hope you realize this. She got me a new storage unit & had all the right answers for the gentleman ahead of me in line. Very professional and she has an awesome personality. I couldn’t be more pleased with my interaction with her. She made a stressful process simple & easy to understand. I give her 5 stars!

As a young, first-time renter, I was pretty nervous about the whole moving and storage process, but Jamie at Public Storage completely changed that for me. She was absolutely hilarious and such a joy to talk to—she instantly put me at ease. Jamie explained everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made the entire experience feel simple and stress-free. I walked out feeling confident instead of overwhelmed. If you’re new to renting or just need great customer service, Jamie is the best. Highly recommend!
