Ironically they only respond to the positive reviews, I’m still getting charged for locks that I returned, this place is a scam! They gave me a lock at check in which I returned because I had my own and another one because I was out of the country and fell behind in payments, that was also returned yet they refuse to refund my money. I paid last month and they split my payment, made me pay for the lock and only put $60 towards my rent, then they added a 15.00 late fee for $20 because their lock charge is still on there.

Kim is the best. I’ve visited this office twice now with issues that needed to be resolved, once maybe earlier this year or last year and again today. Both times, Kim has gone above and beyond to help me. She is so kind and easy to talk to! I appreciate you Kim!

Dale was great with assisting me and my wife with finding a storage unit. Couldn’t decide an option or size and we were showed a few spaces and found a great size for our needs. Will be storing soon
