Right fit storage behaves very sketchy in regards to actually issuing you the prorated refund when you vacate a unit. My tenant agreement was ended abruptly and i was force to vacate within 48 hours. I was told by staff that i was due to recieve a $81 prorated refund. That was weeks ago. I've been calling the office every other day to no avail. Customer support promises me that someone from the office will reach out to me but it never happens. As of this writing the funds still haven't been returned to my account. No wonder they aren't accredited with the Better Business Bureau, smh. UPDATE: It's week 2 since i've vacated the unit and my refund STILL HASN'T BEEN PAID TO ME....i followed the instructions given in the owner's response and reached out to Jeff...he hasn't even responded at all...i called the card company and they informed me that they haven't recieved the funds...i dont what's going on, all i know is that as of February 25th, i still haven't been credited the prorated refund for a unit i vacated nearly 2 weeks ago
