My experience with this company by far was great Shaquandra and Tia made it very pleasant and inviting. They were professional and made quint conversations that put a smile on our faces, as well as explaining the numbers and process throughly.... I truly recommend this storage! Plus its clean, quite, and was just enough for my things! Well worth the $$$$. Thank you Shaquandra and Tia you ladies freakin "ROCK"🤩🤩

great service and quick service by Tia! I am putting my business out there but i was evicted and needed to place my belongings somewhere quickly and she helped me a lot! I will definitely always come back! Just so happen she works at the geer st location where my family has had storages for years. Big thanks to this company !! special thanks to tia as well.

I’m very appreciative of Tia’s help and her friendly, professional attitude. After my previous storage unit was broken into and I received poor customer service elsewhere, Tia at Security Self Storage was a huge relief. She helped me complete my paperwork when I had trouble on my phone, got me into a unit quickly, and even assisted with scheduling a U-Haul at their sister location. She was also working there the next day and made sure I got my U-Haul quickly since my moving time was limited. Thank you, Tia, for making a stressful situation smooth and easy.
