I had planned to move out but because the customer care and mgmt team led by Martha has been an amazing experience. We decided to move into (2) 10x28.5 one for business and one for personal. We consolidated spaces at home and an event retail business. We took the necessary steps to organize spaces and Martha has been a big help! Thank you! The 24/7 access helps when you work and pushing a business.

The gentleman that was working tonight (02/27) was great! He made the process very simple and quick. Had a great experience moving into our new storage unit.

I worked with Martha on my move out. She was so helpful so called ahead of time to get some details because I wanted to move out on NYE. When I went to move out she had no issues answering my questions and even offered to sweep the unit when I was empty. Nice lady well appreciated!
