Very happy with this facility. Wendy and her husband manage the operation beautifully. They have been helpful and accommodating at every turn. Moving out of country has been a major challenge and it was a comfort to know that my belongings were safe and secure throughout the transition. Plus they are filled with all kinds of helpful advice from recreational reading material to pet care. Friendly and professional all the way.

2025 update: new management has taken this place to new lows. Arrogant, surprisingly unhelpful. After being called an asshole for not being thrilled with the new round of harassment, I am leaving after only a few weeks. 10 years of loyalty mean nothing to these people now. 2019 review: Super friendly, super helpful, and accommodating. I have stored in ground floor units, as well as my camper outside. The price is reasonable, and it does not concern me that I can't get in there at midnight (I just plan on being there during operating hours.) I am coming back to them again to rent for my business needs, they were that good.

BEST STORAGE PLACE!!! The Staff is great. We rented 4 Different Units at this location over 12 years. Before we left, and while waiting for our son to decide where he would be going to College, we had to move more items over which resulted in us having to get a second unit. Wendy, kept us up-to-date on units available and found one almost directly across from our unit, which made it convenient when it came to bringing items over. We only had the second unit for 2 months, but it certainly saved us. We were always treated with respect and the staff always answered any and all questions no matter how small. We were particularly impressed with On-Site Managers - Wendy and her Husband, friendly and helpful. We would highly recommend the Fountain Valley Location, Convivence, Safety and Friendly Helpful Staff
