Public Storage

Loved the site when we toured, convenient access, clean and always someone there if we had a question. On-site restrooms were clean and accessible even though they were located in the main building. We were even assured that rate increases were uncommon and happened at 6 month intervals. We signed that day and moved in within a week. Within a week the app stopped opening gates and doors. There is rarely an employee at the location. Our specific door code only works the building we are in so we have to walk out of the secure area and go through the front door to access the restrooms which would be available if there was an employee but that rarely happens. Calling technical support for gate assistance is a joke. They tell you that your phone provider is lacking connection yet no one you ask has access through the app, even that rare employee that is there occasionally. On my last 3 visits the automatic sensor that opens the gate from the inside has not worked. You can only exit the location by parking adjacent to the gate, getting out of your vehicle, walking out the man door and entering your security code into the entrance keypad. You then have to run to your vehicle and get in before the gate closes on you, locking you in again... Calling to try to explain this to a phone agent gets you transferred to someone that pretends to care to get you off of the phone with no resolution. The ultimate icing on the cake was getting a huge rate increase at 90 days 1 week after calling for help getting out of their location.

This storage facility was always clean and I never had a problem accessing my storage unit when I needed to. It was a great experience and I’m glad to have been able to have had a reliable place to store my things. It’s climate controlled as well so that was a major plus when I had to move in the summer.

Nick is the best manager! He is so helpful! He made my storage experience here amazing. Would rent here and recommend again!!
