Had a slight issue but Laurie took care of it IMMEDIATELY! I love the customer service. She was very courteous, professional and polite.

Always dead rats by our unit, A, inside. And takes more than a day to get cleaned up. Always smells like moth balls causing everything in our unit to smell bad. Hinge on the outside door to get into our unit makes it impossible to open the door all the way so good luck getting large items in and out. Keypad pin on our door is incorrect on app so had to call just to get told oh yeah that’s wrong there’s a different pin. Homeless guy living in middle of unit C by office. Will be moving to nicer firewheel indoor ac controlled location soon. Do not recommend this location. Was also not offered a discount to move when made complaints.

Very nice facility with super clean bathrooms! Staff both in person and over the phone have been super nice!
