Online reservation was super easy. The unit was ready the next day with the lock in the unit. Had a little trouble with the door and lock initially (first time using a storage unit) but Dave was extremely helpful and got me taken care of. 10/10 customer service at the Higley/202 location. Location is clean, well lit, and well maintained!

Debbie went above and beyond to help me. Her positive energy and genuine love for her job truly show. She made me feel so welcome and comfortable from the moment I walked in. The facility was super clean, and she was incredibly sweet making sure I got the right size unit at the right price. This was the best customer service I’ve experienced in Arizona. First timer! Had trouble with the lock and called the support line on the app. Dave picked up right away and came down to help me. Super pleasant and helpful. The place is really clean too. I noticed him stopping and picking up any trash … as I was leaving I saw another employee outside picking up trash. Feel good about leaving my stuff at a place where you see the employees caring!
