*WARNING* GRAPHIC IMAGES OF RAT URINE & POOP! UPDATE: 8/29/2025 What I originally said was ALL water damage in my original review was confirmed to actually be RAT URINE and poop on my furniture along with the leak that occurred. All the yellow stains on the wall, including what's on the floor in the pictures posted was confirmed as rat urine by a certified BIOHAZARD removal cleanup service who offered to come out and review my unit. He was shocked and appalled, Especially considering the fact that my 10 x 5 unit is in the indoor climate controlled space. He could see how the rats tore through the installation and the spray pattern of the rate urine on the sides, front, and inside the garage door. In the picture you can see the wood chewed. It's deplorable, and the pictures do no justice. ORIGINAL POST: 8/28/2025 I’ve rented a unit here since 2019 — six years of on-time payments, thousands of dollars spent — and this is what I came back to: water damage, rodent droppings, debris, and ruined furniture. The door was stuck, and dried water stains were still visible on the floor and walls, showing my belongings had clearly been exposed to water for a long time. About two years ago, management called to let me know a few units had water issues and asked customers to come in and open their units. I was on an extended work assignment and couldn’t check my unit, and I never received any follow-up calls or updates — nothing was done to protect my belongings. When I finally returned, staff blamed old employees for the issues and offered no solutions, instead telling me to file an insurance claim and vacate. I’m now forced to hire a biohazard cleanup crew just to safely move my belongings. I’ve been a loyal customer for six years, paying every month on time, and this is the lack of care I get in return. Management showed zero accountability, no empathy, and no real solutions. If you value your property or your health, do not trust this location.
