Public Storage

I moved in yesterday 1/22/26 From a different storage facility due to pricing. This storage unit is saving me $96. The online process was easy as well as the customer service that I received. I am renting out a 10 x 15 unit. It was nice and clean. I did not notice or see any rat infested issues or any insects. So far so good! Ty!

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this storage facility. I am paying nearly $200 a month, and while trying to access my belongings, I encountered a rat. I am terrified of rodents, and this situation is completely unacceptable. I expected a clean and safe environment for my items, and this experience was both frightening and devastating. Management needs to address their pest control and ensure the facility is safe for customers. Management has still not responded to my calls and messages!!!

Ms. Isabel has been the kindest attendant here at Public Storage in Grand Prairie. I have been a tenant for over a year and have received nothing but the utmost respect and service. Whatever it is, just call. There are more than happy to actually help. Thank you Public Storage, Ms. Isabel and associates.
