Sandee was incredibly helpful! Didn't badger me for a review like other storage places which I appreciate and is the only reason I'm leaving this one!

Stated in the contract that rent will be market value assessed every 6-8 months. Amazingly, I haven’t had my unit for 6 months yet and they have raised the rate and management refuses to call me and explain what’s going on. I’ll be in touch on breach of contract proceedings via my attorney. Thanks for not being able to follow your own contract but expecting customers to. Add to that the fact that no one is ever on site or answering the phone, always waiting around for a call back.
