had an issue with the gate at this Public Storage location on Saturday. Around 4:50 PM, the gate would not open when I was trying to leave. I pressed the call button outside to reach management, but no one answered. I was very concerned because this has happened to me before at another facility, where I ended up stuck for about two hours until a manager who lived on-site came home and opened the gate. Thankfully, that didn’t happen this time, but it was still stressful. Overall, the staff has been great and very kind. The facility itself is clean and well maintained. I did notice some customers throwing trash on the ground, which is unfortunate, but that’s not the fault of the staff. One concern I have is the bathrooms being locked. I have diabetes, and at the time I urgently needed to use the restroom. Thankfully nothing happened, but I really wish the bathrooms were accessible, maybe with a key or a code. I plan to speak with the office about this. I also plan to notify the office because I feel someone may have tried to reach into my unit. I know there are security measures in place, but I noticed some things felt disturbed after I had just moved them in. Despite these concerns, my overall experience has been good. The place is clean, and the staff has been helpful. Thank you.

Mina was very helpful in getting us set up with our unit. She was friendly and answered all our questions with ease. Facilities are clean and modern. Highly recommend!
