Went in to check on prices for units (which were quite reasonablefor the area), the gentleman at the counter Marcel was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and extremely patient! The available storage units were clean as we're the grounds. Will definitely be using them!

Each and every worker went above and beyond to take care of what needed to be done! And what I liked most is: despite there being a "language barrier" They understood and handled upp! Whoever y'all hiring to handle the business on a SUNDAY: KeepEm! It was 3 men and a woman (literally lol!🤣) But they we're extremely helpful, knowledgeable of the business, and I didn't have to keep asking: Excuse me what was that!?? Keep them! Matter of fact, give em a raise!

Marcelus was helpful and showed us to the spot. It was a little unclear to me what kinds of documents we were to provide. I gave insurance, drivers license, registrations, and copies of titles. I was told to just give them whatever I had. The number of the spot does not match the one on our paperwork and there is no decal. They said they don't have them yet and not to worry about the mis-match of spots.
