I’m changing my review to one star. Half the time I CAN’T GET INTO THE FACILITY. it keeps saying my code isn’t working and my app won’t unlock the gate either. Three times I was even locked INSIDE the place. Also, the locks on the two units that I’m renting are hard to work. There is NEVER an employee on site. Literally Dan was there one time, which was when I paid for my units.

Kelly was a life savior! Our family needed a storage unit last minute due to a family member passing away. We booked the wrong unit and thankfully Kelly was there on a Saturday to help us sort everything out. So thankful!
