I rented a 10x10 unit for my work tools & materials before we moved to the area from 30 miles away to get closer to my partner’s office. Soon realized that I’d be better off with a 10x20 unit so I could build some custom free-standing shelving & get all my tools & other work stuff, my personal auto repair & hunting stuff & our seasonal decorations & other home stuff in one well organized unit. The site manager helped me find a bigger unit that was closer to where I can park my truck. Being able to pull inside a climate-controlled building & load/unload stuff during cold MN winters & on hot summer days is awesome.

I’ve had a fantastic experience at StorageMart! Jake, the manager, was incredibly helpful in guiding me through selecting multiple units that perfectly fit my needs. The facility is spotless, well-maintained, and secure, which gives me total peace of mind. Plus, the entire staff is friendly and kind—always ready to assist. Highly recommend! 5/5 stars.

1.) They will raise rates on you a few months after you sign a contract (so what good is the contract!?) My bill went up 25% in 90 days even though I had a signed lease with an agreed price - it was not advertised as a promotion! Read all the 1 star reviews you can see they have a LONG HISTORY of this and they know it. 2.) There were trees above my spot that dropped leaves and grime and dirt onto my RV which I found out the hard way. When I informed the store manager about it she did not care at all, not even a little. After a lot of struggle I got them to promise they would trim the trees that were damaging my unit but never got the call to move my RV so that work could be done without any risk to my unit. I began looking for alternatives. The only promise they kept was in taking my money. I would avoid them if you can. I now have a much larger and fully covered and enclosed spot for 10% LESS than they were charging me for an outside spot. I switched to SunnySideSuperStorage #EDIT: They reply to reviews (see below) but when you write them they do not reply! No concerns resolved. I will update this review if they ever write back.
