We’ve outgrown our warehouse and needed some extra storage for the next 6 months. Everett gave us a few solid options and helped us find a unit that works perfectly for what we need. Super helpful experience

After using this storage unit for over a year, I decided to delete my previous positive review and post a newer, more accurate one. This is not something I wanted to do, but after calling this location 5 separate times in the last week alone, as well as using the online chat feature and calling the "customer service line" I felt like I had no other choice. ​I have not been able to get a hold of anyone regardless of the time of day I call or how many voicemails I leave. When you go to the location, there's also no one in the office. It's very frustrating to attempt to resolve situations all on your own as the customer. I hope this at least reaches someone before the end of the month. I'm pretty disappointed. I was actually excited to use this location after the changes they made and the poor service at a competing facility, but it's gone kind of sour now. ​Another problem: if the payment system states that the rent is one price and that price is paid, I do not expect to receive numerous emails and texts about having to pay a "difference" to make up for an error that was not my doing. Especially when I am apparently unable to speak with anyone in the office about the issue.

Quick and easy rental process, convenient online payments, and a clean facility in a safe area. I was happy with the indoor storage option, and Everett was very helpful throughout the process. Highly recommend.
