I am giving them 1 star because the website does not allow me to leave 0 stars. I rented an 8x10 space at door 4402, and today I came to bring my belongings, but the door is completely locked with a padlock and there is ABSOLUTELY NO ONE who can respond or assist me. I have tried calling the property manager multiple times and have received no response at all. There is no staff at the front to give me any answers. I am completely stranded, not knowing what to do or where to leave my things. TERRIBLE service.

My experience today was excellent thanks to the property manager Roh ,he was very helpful and courteous and his customer service was excellent and I left very happy and satisfied,thanks Roh!
