As soon as I did my walk in I immediately was greeted by Venessa. She helped me out so well right afterwards by selecting the right perfect storage side that I needed. Heather, the new manager at this location is awesome!! In the past I’ve dealt with bad attitudes and poor customer service. Heather is the total opposite. After 2 years this is the first time I walked out with a smile. Heather was fast, friendly and she knowledgeable. I hope she stays.
