From the moment I walked in, Becky was friendly, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful. She took the time to explain all my options clearly, answered every question I had with patience, and made sure I found the perfect storage unit for my needs. The facility itself was clean, secure, and well-maintained, which gave me peace of mind. But it was Becky’s professionalism and warm attitude that really made the whole process smooth and stress-free. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was set up correctly and that I was comfortable with the rental process. Highly recommend this location—especially if you get the chance to work with Becky!
