Jay was super friendly and helpful. He was patient and had no issues showing me three different spaces and helping me determine the right size. 10 star service!! If he were my employee I would give him a raise asap!

This storage facility is an absolute nightmare. The first week my vehicle was stored on the lot was involved in an accident. The back lot, where they keep trailers, boats, other large vehicles, is overcrowded and poorly organized - there’s simply not enough space to accommodate everything safely. My van suffered over $4000 in damage, and despite multiple attempts to reach local management , I never received a single return call. I even tried to arrange to move my vehicle to a safer area, but there was zero communication or support from the staff. There are no security cameras in the back lot, which is unacceptable for storage facilities of this size. The area is chaotic - a jumble of vehicles and equipment packed together with no order or oversight. If I could give this place zero stars, I would. One star feels generous. I would strongly advise anyone to look elsewhere. This has been one of the most frustrating and disappointing business experiences I’ve ever had.

They have been good to me and helped with whatever I asked about. The lady at the front counter was really sweet and kind. I would recommend them to anybody else who’s looking for a storage
