Public Storage

I’ve been a member of Public Storage for only a few months and I just wanted to leave this review to acknowledge two employees that not only helped guide me through some obstacles but did it in such a humane and empathetic way. The first was Kyle, after an initial bump in the road with the location designated at a wrong city he was able to clear things up in a very personal and structured way that made my experience effectively handled in a kind and sincere manner. I also wanted to mention Cindy, she not only helped me with my situation canceling my “extra” storage site but she listened to my personal and emotional set back of losing my wife and made my transition through my lose feel heard and put the time in to listen with such concern and empathy. Public Storage corporate advisors, you have two very humane and special employees working for you and I just wanted to take the time to acknowledge that. They have made my experience of the highest quality. Love to them both and bravo to Public Storage of El Pacifico in Laguna Hills. Ask for them by name. 😉❤️

Cindy was extremely friendly and her pleasantness helped calmed my nerves around dealing with my clutter. She kindly showed me the units and definitely helped customize the help to what I was looking for. I got my unit immediately when I was in a pickle by using their automated system and within 10 minutes of finding them, I was able to let myself in with my own code. Super easy process. Super accessible units on ground floor.
