Had an excellent rental experience in Laguna Hills with Ashley! I reserved my unit online, and Ashley called the same day to schedule a convenient time to get everything set up. She walked us through the space and guided me through each step of setting up my account. The process was smooth, and the location is convenient, clean & safe. Very happy with our decision!

When i called and ask information about a unit they tried to help me find a unit thats really worked around my budget, reservation was easy same day, and got the unit same day. Law was really friendly and answered any questions i had.

OMG Ashley WAS AMAZING!!! From her call back message to just being so kind during a tough time for me and my family. Ashley was incredibly professional, knowledgeable and answered EVERY question. She was gracious and patient with all my back nd forth inquiries and concerns. Giving me the BEST solutions for what we needed. She literally held my hand through the entire process making this the smoothest transaction. She was like an angel. I even called back because I was unsure about the money part and honestly she made me feel like my time and my decisions were her priority. I literally had the VERY best experience working with Ashley and hope she is in the office the day we move in. Thank you Ashley for al you did for us today. You have no Idea the blessing you are.
