Public Storage

I’ve had several storage units over the years and have always had great experiences with Public Storage, but this location goes above and beyond in every way. It’s well-maintained, clean, safe, and the customer support is fantastic. Angel is professional and responsive, and seriously, an angel. I definitely recommend this location and could not be more grateful for Angel and her team.

I would also like to add that two of the newer employees here at this location have done an exceptional job and have made the front office staff quite the Dream Team. I was actually blown away by Paula's customer service and attention to detail while I was transferring units. She made the whole thing, which I had to do by myself, such a seamless process and was so personable and understanding that I felt like we had known each other for years. Laura was also very accommodating and extremely pleasant to work with in the front office, and I am so very grateful to both of them along with Shelly for helping me navigate this whole thing. It's also worth noting that a visiting manager from another property helped me tremendously, and his name is John. I would highly recommend working with any of these incredibly personable and professional staff, at either this location or the other location that John takes care of further north on Union.
