The front desk attendant Rebecca was prolly the MOST helpful, polite, down to earth customer service attendant I've had in a very long time, if not ever. Everything I wondered was answered, quick and efficiently, (& super nicely) she's very informative with the information she shares. She listened to my needs and gave me perfect recommendations. She listens. (Which is rare) Not only that we got to be able to talk on personal levels. Which is refreshing and super nice it's not just a transaction. Feels like she really cares. 10/10 would recommend. Give that woman a raise. THE BUILDING NEEDS EXIT SIGNS, for two days I was driving back and forth trying to get the entrance gate to feel or see my car, clearly never did so I got out of my car... Ran through the gare, put my code in on the entrance post, & ran to my car to get out before it closed. Didn't know there were separate exits/entrances. (Untill Rebecca told me!) Than later that night another driver was about to do the same thing, I stoped them and told them and they laugh cuz theyve been doing the same thing for the past two days also.

DO NOT STORE ANYTHING YOU ARE NOT WILLING TO LOSE HERE. I rented here with the monthly insurance and all they could do was to ask me where my receipts and proof of ownership of my items was. Immensely, dissatisfied and I hope that no one else suffers. The same fate as me. The thieves climbed up and over into my storage unit, removed the locking mechanism, replaced it with one of their own and discarded mine on the floor with my lock on it still. The weather when I asked the reception is, if they change my lock, she said they don't have any way of taking my lock off and putting on a new one. I strongly believe the people who steal from all the other units live inside a unit and come out at night when it's closed to steal from others. Do not be fooled and make sure you check and make sure it is completely secure and not some flimsy. Aluminum held down with two screws, keeping them away from your things. They stole my entire life before that. I met my wife and moved in with her all my video games, all my board games, my entire computer set up. Pathetic how you'd think that the extra insurance you pay a month would help mitigate anything, but it doesn't even help one iota. DO NOT STORE ANYTHING.YOU ARE NOT WILLING TO LOSE HERE.

Let me start by saying the only employee I have interacted with was nice and very helpful. They expressed frustration with PS corporate not helping or fixing any of the issues I am going to type out here, despite them asking. I also will say for Public Storage eyes: if the main problem I write about gets fixed I’ll change my review to 4-5 stars. Biggest problem is access issues. And it’s a huge problem. The PS app allows you to open doors / gates from your phone, but the only one at this location that myself—and all other tenants— seem to be able to do that with is the entrance gate. Otherwise, every other door / keypad requires you to enter the long entry code. This is cumbersome enough, but to make matters worse, the main and ONLY entrance / door into the facility has a keypad that has multiple buttons that stick and input the number 2-3 times when hit. 2 is the worst of all the numbers. And I have three 2’s in my code. You have to very delicately hit it just right, and even then it feels like luck for it to only input one 2. I have now had multiple visits where the keypad locks out for too many failed attempts. You can imagine that going in and out to your car multiple times, this is a nightmare. Or even just accessing once, honestly. I have heard every other tenant complain about this issue as well. PLEASE FIX IT!!! There are maybe 3 things a storage facility needs and that’s: •space for storage • to be secure •AND TO BE ABLE TO MOVE THINGS IN AND OUT OF IT FREELY. Sheesh. Other things to note: I get zero cell phone service, so sometimes I can’t even open the main gate from my phone, and the WiFi for the building is absolute trash. Even the employee told me: “you can try to connect, but it’s useless”. It’s 2025, please upgrade the Wi-Fi. There are also no dumpsters or trash cans at all, and while I understand this would be a tall order for a storage facility, would be a nice to have. But I get it. I keep a box of trash bags in my unit and it works for me. Some positives: the facility is clean and well kept, with the exception of trash some people leave due to the lack of any trash cans. I have never encountered anything that made me feel unsafe. I have seen some reports of lots of homeless traffic: that has not been my experience. Haven’t seen that once. I have been renting here for just over a month. I have heard grumblings from other tenants of people living in the facility. But not encountered it myself.
