I went in to see my storage space today and the moment I open the storage room it was disgusting . You can see that rats are living there. I saw urine on the floor and a hole with rat droppings. I immediately asked to be transferred to another location. I don’t recommend this place. The great thing about all this is that Justin and Mike helped me to transfer to another location in plantation

I’ve been there almost a year without issues. It’s actually been great. I just went recently to go into my storage space and they had rats! All of my things were eaten through with rat droppings and urine everywhere. The staff acted as though they had no clue about the rats even though there was clearly rat droppings all throughout the hallways now. I filed a claim and planning on moving out ASAP.

The property manager Mike is awesome!! Not only is his customer service skills off the charts .. he helped do an upgrade with a storage unit with free laughs and jokes included! My first time dealing with a manager and had not one complaint!
