I rented this Public Storage unit in November and immediately requested that the light bulb inside my unit be replaced, as proper lighting is necessary to safely access my belongings especially after hours. The manager stated they no longer replace light bulbs, which is concerning, as lighting is a basic maintenance and safety issue. Over the course of more than a month, I contacted customer service at least seven times. Each representative confirmed the issue had been escalated and that I would receive a follow-up within 72 hours. No one ever followed up. Because the issue remained unresolved and the unit was still unlit, I was effectively forced to replace the bulb myself after being told to do so. During this, I cut myself, which could have been avoided had this maintenance issue been handled appropriately from the start. When I reported the injury, the only options offered were to move me to another unit less than three days before Christmas and I had only 72 hours to transfer all of my belongings or provide a $25 credit, neither of which reasonably addresses the situation. This experience reflects a serious breakdown in customer service, maintenance standards, and safety accountability. A simple request went ignored for over a month, and it ultimately resulted in a preventable injury. The response afterward showed little concern for customer safety or the time and effort already spent trying to resolve this issue. I have given Public Storage more than enough time to address this properly. I am posting this review in hopes that corporate or regional management will finally review how this location operates and take responsibility for resolving ongoing maintenance and safety concerns. I would not recommend this location based on my experience.

I arrived at public storage. I was definitely not having a good day, but I was greeted with a smile by Tiffany. She was so pleasant, polite, and patient thanks to her. I left there with a smile. I appreciate everything she did. She went above and beyond I am very grateful and appreciative. I can’t say thank you enough Tiffany I appreciate your time and patience.
