Public Storage

I cannot put into words how AWESOME of a job Jessica does! Public Storage is SO LUCKY to have her on their team! She was definitely born for Customer Service and I can’t think of how many individuals could take tips and tricks from her. She was able to fix just about every dilemma I came across when moving into my storage and made accommodations I never would’ve imagined anyone being able to correct. She does her job EXCEPTIONALLY well! Public Storage, you are extremely lucky indeed!

I absolutely love the location, quietness, helpfulness when needed. my only issue is that i sign up for auto pay and twice it didnt go through unfortunately this is in Nov and December the 2 months i go out of state so i wasnt checking my emails at all so i ended up having to pay a late fee both months. When i signed up for auto pay I made sure i did before i left. so i guess im just set back a bit and will be watching for it this next month. but besides this mishap i am very pleased with my public Storage. It started out great.... and went down from there. I started renting about 4 years ago (7.5×10) at about $80/mn in the Air- controlled building. I just moved out last month for two reasons. 1. Rent in the unit increased to $242/mn. 2. The air-controlled building starting having a very heavy mold smell. It ruined a lot of our stuff.
