Public Storage – 1285 Kennestone Circle, Marietta, GA 30066 is hands down one of the most dishonest and poorly managed businesses I’ve ever dealt with. Before my unit went to auction, I contacted this location multiple times trying to make payment. I spoke directly with Jay (Manager), who repeatedly told me there was “nothing that can be done once the auction starts” and refused to pause or hold it, even though I was actively trying to pay. No help. No options. Just dismissal. Then came the lies and contradictions. I was told the unit was not sold, then told it was sold for $100, then told I could still pay, then told again it was sold. Same unit. Same day. Completely different stories. Over $25,000 worth of personal property, treated like it was nothing. When this was escalated, Tiara Young (District Manager) did absolutely nothing to resolve it. Instead of addressing why staff gave opposite answers, she redirected me to multiple people, passed the issue around, and avoided accountability altogether. No explanation. No urgency. No answers. Now I’m supposedly waiting on a regional manager to contact me, which feels like another delay tactic to sweep this under the rug. No one wants to explain why I was told opposite things, why payment was blocked, or why management refuses to stand behind their own words. This location operates with zero transparency and zero accountability. If you value your belongings, do not store them here. If something goes wrong, expect finger-pointing, silence, and corporate dodge-and-deflect instead of solutions. This is not just bad customer service, it’s reckless and unacceptable.

Called in this morning and spoke with Dayln, he provided excellent service and support. His knowledge about the space was very informative and he helped me resolve an account discrepancy. This facility has been very helpful and his service has elevated the experience!
