I had such a great experience with Public Storage thanks to Shaee! From the moment I walked in, she was welcoming, professional, and went above and beyond to make sure I found the right unit for my needs. She explained everything clearly, answered all my questions with patience, and made the whole process quick and stress-free. It’s rare to find customer service that feels this genuine, Shaee truly cares about her customers. If you’re looking for storage, I highly recommend coming here and asking for her. She turned what I thought would be a hassle into a smooth and even pleasant experience!

Pamela was fantastic to work with. I was booking this location then realized it was too far from where I needed a storage unit. She helped me book then cancel along with then helping find a closer Public storage to me and helping reserve it. I sure appreciated her! Shae was amazing, have had a rough couple of days and she got on the phone and listened and even helped with my problems..her dm and her made public storage have a good rep in my book.. she has taken over this location and Shae is on top of it and see why she has her own store!! I will recommend over and over!! She was out on site all day cleaning parking lot,driveways, units and helping customers.. she listened to me talk and talk.. she has one of the best customer service personalities ever and is personable with the customers…her dm should be proud to have her!!
