If I could I’d give 0 stars I was behind on my payments and I was told I had until the end of the day on the 28th to pay for my storage unit before they would go to auction that was at 10:47 in the morning at the time my payment was $395 but I didn’t have the payment til around 4pm when I went to pay it they upped the charge by about $100 so I paid $400 on it and called them to try and stop the auction because I’d have the rest of the money today only to be told they already sold my storage unit and I might be able to get some of my stuff before the buyer came to get it. When I talked to someone that morning I asked if I had a certain time frame I needed to pay by before they sold my stuff and they said I had all day meaning I had til they closed at 9pm but they already sold my stuff a few minutes after talking to me on the phone. They took my $400 even tho they already sold my stuff did not tell me that they sold it until I called them and they said the only thing they can do to help me is give my phone number to the buyer. When you’re on the last day to pay before they’re to sell your things they really mean you’re competing with other people to pay for your belongings and it’s first come first serve they do not care about you paying on it either they will still sell it if it’s not the full amount

This entire property is infested with rats. I found a huge dead rat along with poop in my storage unit. The property manager was not returning any of my calls. Called customer service and they left voicemails for the property manager. Days later, saw the manager and expressed how unsanitary the property was, she was rude and unprofessional. Multiple times stating “that’s not my job”. Would NOT RECOMMEND. HORRIBLE SERVICE, DIRTY PROPERTY.

Angela’s customer service was outstanding. She was friendly over the phone and when I needed additional help she invited me to come in right away to get everything solved immediately. She is knowledgeable, understanding of my needs, and took the time to listen to me. She made me feel extremely welcome and comfortable when I was in her office and I will only go to this location for my storage needs. Thank you Angela for going above and beyond. You are the best!
