Jessica actually called me back when i left a message and helped walk me through setting up my app and cared about my experience. She was helpful and friendly and knew what she was talking about which is rare now a days. I am so grateful that she was the one on the other side of the phone. I was going to start looking for a new unit with a live person until I got the help i needed from her. Thank you.

I do not reccomend this storage unit. I had to throw away perfectly good items due to rat infestation. The climate control is just as similar to an outside storage unit.

I am so appreciative of the patience and help I received from Kelsey!! She has gone over and beyond what customer service should be!! What an asset to your company, Kelsey is!
