You guys have a seriously critical and safety issue with your application. The Bluetooth does not work, it WIPES all the saved Bluetooth devices on your phone. I moved from down the street and had the same issue across four different phones. The locks rely on Bluetooth technology on a terrible buggy app. You guys need to get rid of that or have an option for regular locks. I just moved in, paid for 24/7 and Im sitting outside with a truck load of stuff unable to get into my unit because your Bluetooth lock and app do not work. This is a critical failure of the basic service you provide.

I am extremely disappointed with the decline in service since this facility transitioned from Extra Space Storage to Public Storage. What was once a well managed, customer focused location has become frustrating to deal with on multiple levels. Customer service is virtually nonexistent. It is difficult to reach anyone for assistance, and when issues arise there is little to no accountability or follow up. Operationally, the facility is poorly managed. There are rarely any carts available, and when you do find one, it often does not function properly. For a storage facility, this is not a minor inconvenience. It directly impacts customers who are moving heavy items. The mobile app frequently fails to grant access to the facility, creating unnecessary delays and stress. Reliable access should be the most basic expectation. Despite the decline in service and functionality, pricing continues to increase. It is hard to justify higher rates when the overall experience has significantly deteriorated. This facility is relatively new, which makes the lack of organization and customer care even more disappointing. I hope management takes these concerns seriously and implements meaningful improvements.

Tiffany was absolutely amazing! From start to finish, she was incredibly helpful, patient, and genuinely kind. She took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and made sure I fully understood my options. Tiffany was very informative and went above and beyond to ensure I selected the best unit for all of my items—nothing felt rushed or confusing. Her professionalism and positive attitude made the entire experience stress-free and easy. Customer service like this is rare, and Tiffany truly made a difference. Highly recommend this Public Storage location because of her!
