I requested to move out effective 2/1/26 after discovering that the unit was infested with rats. My belongings were already being chewed on, and I am extremely afraid of rats. I refused to pay for storage knowing my property could continue to be damaged. Mathew contacted me on Saturday trying to convince me to stay an additional month. I explained clearly that there were rats on the premises. He did not dispute this and instead offered to allow me to complete my move-out on Sunday, so I would have time to remove my belongings from storage. On Saturday (1/31/26) around 6:30 PM, I went to retrieve my items from storage and discovered that I had been locked out. I contacted customer service and was told I would not be allowed access until the property manager reviewed the case. This is completely unacceptable. I paid for the full month of January and should have had access to the property on January 31st. Locking me out without notice, especially under these circumstances, is unprofessional and unfair. I strongly recommend staying away from this rat-infested property and their terrible customer service. I will update this review if management follows up on Sunday.

Started off ok, within the last 10 months, they’ve increased the price twice this last time over 40% and well over $250 for a 10x10 unit. They say that it’s secure and gated entry but several times the rear gate has been wide open and anyone can come in. I will be going to another storage place. Not worth the money anymore.
