If I could give a 10 star review to this location, I would! Such fantastic and friendly service. Josh, Beau and Tiffany went above and beyond in making the final leg of our move from San Diego to the Peninsula as smooth as possible. They helped us secure a great unit to store our stuff as we house hunted and were always so helpful and just all around great people to interact with. Customer service is top notch. I highly recommend this location if you need to store anything. Super clean and affordable units and always someone on site. Thanks for everything!! 🤩🤩

Upon arrival from Japan in Port Orchard, Washington on Mile Hill Road at Public Storage I was welcomed back to Washington with warm arms. He said I’m Josh what brings you here today and how can I help you? I said I just got from Japan and in a serious time crunch to find a storage place. He says you’re Military or Shipyard worker? I replied both. He says well you’re in luck we have all different sizes and discounts going on right now for promotions. Let me show you what we have and we can go from there or we can start by how much material you have to store or what sizes. Then he says “Before all this.” Josh looked me in the eye stood tall and said with a deep tone. “Thank you for your service…” and gave me a firm handshake saying welcome back home to the US. I was shocked cause the way he said it. I started to tear. It actually hurts when you know a person really means it -vs- just saying it. It runs deeper than anyone who can imagine what we actually go through with hardship and stressful timelines. I knew he was a different type customer service representative at that point. His demeanor well kept and fully focused on going out of his way to help. Josh a very professional gentleman gave me one of the most outstanding introduction to his facility and full capability. Josh reassured me it high security system and record of the past history was flawless. Rules and regulation of engagement was straightforward and tight. Payment arrangements by choice and easy to navigate any issue call the office ASAP. Not to mention the way he also showcases the facility itself. He walked me to all the units before making my final decision first. He went above and beyond explaining everything in detail and how the branch works and was willing to give you his honest opinion due to being in this field for so long. He was able to help me decide what size unit I would need to have in a split second based on weight and my largest items. He spent time was able make sure I was getting exactly what I needed by walking me to each different size unit. Im so glad to have met such an outstanding customer representative. He has our upmost respect and should be recognized or rewarded for highest level of expertise. He’s “The Great Expectation” And I have already spreaded the word to others that are looking for storage space. This place definitely gets a 5 star review from me. ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

This is the best storage facility and Josh the manager is the main reason it’s all run down smoothly. He’s saved me money and time and is very intelligent about what he does!!! Definitely 5 stars
