Sound Storage

I have never rented from sound storage. I spoke with one of their internet operator and I didnt want to rent from them. Then I got a text from Karl, (from the local office), and expressed that the office will be closed on the date I wanted to move in. I texted back inquiring more info...but instead of texting again, Karl called me. We chatted on the phone...and in all honesty, I was not going to rent with them, but Karl changed my mind after speaking to him on the phone. Not only is he flexible to work with me, but he just sound like a people's person...and I liked that. I told him I'll see him in a few minutes. Of course I went to a different storage, so I had to call Karl back and he sent me the address. Karl and his coworker Anthony were super friendly. They answered every question I had, Karl showed us the unit, and Anthony was super kind enough to lay some pallets in the storage unit just to keep our things a little above the ground. Karl and Anythony were super friendly, very professional and very down to earth. Im so glad Karl called...I have a feeling that I will be happy with them. If you want people that understand your need of storing your personal belongings, go see Karl and Anthony. They will not let you down!

Went into Sound Storage just shopping around for a unit and not really too serious about getting one. Had a great experience speaking with Karl. He was very informative and helpful and his customer servers exceptional. The Port Orchard location was the first and only location I looked at. Due to the cleanliness of the facility and how welcomed we felt by the staff we walked out of there with a unit. Thank you Karl and thank you Sound Storage.

Karl is outstanding! Always friendly, remembers my name and details, and goes way above and beyond. The place is clean and secure, but Karl is the reason I keep coming back. Best customer service I’ve ever had at a storage facility—highly recommend!
