Alina, Came by while I was attempting to sort through my storage locker. I was greeted with a smile, friendly conversation, and a corteous closing - in which I was asked was there anything they could assist with to make my visit even better. The staff here has always been wonderful, but i couldn’t help but notice as they continued down the hall the emwp’iyee surverying the lockers (making sure all was locked/clean), swept the floors, and documented anything that needed to be noted in system - the pride in the work/ownership of the tasks at hand “was incredible”! I was impresssed that they remained focused, and put out a sense of accomplishment with making sure everything was spotless, and working the way it should. I’ve had incredible interactions with one other employee at this establishment that merited acknowledgment, but today I had my phone at hand, and I’m proud to be able to give acknowledgment to this facility for making me enjoy the time I spend here, and giving a sense of security with the work level. “This is the right/secure/well maintained environment I can have my mind at ease leaving my possessions in storage at for any length of time”. Money is tight, so feeling confident in my choices that take from my earnings is important. Thank you! Eric

I rented a unit in July - they raised rent in November by $16. This is despite the online price advertising rates for less that the $50 a month I was already paying for a 5x5 space. I called and they let me pay $50 a month for 3 more months, then raised the rate again. They said I could move to another unit that was exactly the same and then continue paying $50 a month, until they raise the rate again in a few months - no option to keep current unit at same price. Or cancel and move to another unit that is bigger, priced lower, but have to pay $30 admin fee. I’m really disappointed with this sleazy business practice, advertise a low rate, then bump it up in a few months since they know people don’t want to move all their heavy stuff. I would advise renting elsewhere unless you only need a few months. They do not offer anything other than month to month here.

I've been renting here a couple years now. I've never had any issues with the company nor the employees. But customer service wise, I'll say that Ashanti is by far one of the best. Very attentive, helpful and friendly. Great service. Thank you Ashanti. And yes, I recommend this place. 👌
