Outstanding Service from Lauren at Public Storage – Highly Recommend! I had the pleasure of working with Lauren at the Public Storage location in Rancho Cucamonga (Hermosa) and I have to say, she made my experience absolutely fantastic! From the moment I walked in, Lauren was warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. She took the time to explain everything thoroughly, making sure I understood all of my options for storage units. Her customer service is second to none—she made the entire process smooth and easy, and she really went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable with my decision. Not only was she knowledgeable, but she was also very patient and attentive to my needs. If you’re looking for a storage solution in Rancho Cucamonga, I highly recommend this location. Lauren is an outstanding service representative. She is friendly, kind and helpful without being insincere. She is very hands on and her attention to details show in her workplace. She was concerned with the cleanliness of the unit, which I thought was spotless and went to get me a cart to make unloading my car easier. She made me feel at ease with the entire process. She is an asset to your team for sure. You are so lucky to have such a valuable employee!
