DO NOT RENT FROM THIS PLACE!!! All the reviews mention the manager being so great and all I believed the same at first until time began to pass. Increased rents within 6 months - I went from paying $122/mo (2024) to $338/mo (2026) for a 10 X 10 unit. Over double the price in 2 years!!! I recently moved all of my belongings out of this place and had to trash most of everything because of rat droppings and piss EVERYWHERE!! All of my kids' mattresses, frames, our dining table, car seats, tv stand, stuffed animals were all ruined within the last year. Even if you wrap everything and vacuum seal your stuff, the rats will chew through it!! The only thing Brenda (manager) could tell me was to go through Orange Door (insurance) and file a claim - which is only a maximum of $250. She also mentioned the reason this facility has a rat problem is due to the surrounding units having food that attract the rodents to the units. How are you aware of this problem and you aren't doing anything to resolve it for current and future renters?? Definitely looking into filing a lawsuit. This is a disgusting place, managed by someone who can care less about your belongings! I'm warning anyone reading this post - I would not recommend!!

Brenda, the onsight manager is amazing. She is very helpful very knowledgeable and got me into the correct unit for the amount of things I had She is always available. Always returns my calls promptly and is very friendly and easy. Going, she runs a tight ship. The units are clean. The facility itself is clean, and most importantly, it's safe. Brenda is constantly doing walk throughs and lock checks. She's amazing. I would recommend this public storage to any one.

I absolutely love these guys. They are very understanding and respectful. If they have a disagreement with you they talk to you about it and resolve it, not yell at you and tell you how it is or you're out of there! I had a storage unit directly across the street from them at Immigrant Storage and they were the exact opposite. Telling me that I take too long to unload and load my dirtbikes and if i keep it up I'm out of there. So, I packed everything up that second and told them to kick rocks. The people here are polite, understanding and respectful.
