So giving a five-star review on these guys because of the two people at the counter when I had initially showed up it was one guy and one girl. They were super nice. They let me make a last minute change to the storage unit and upgraded. No hassle, quick and easy walked me to the unit to make sure I knew exactly what was going on. Really appreciate the level of customer service.. unfortunately there was another lady who drove around, not in uniform The next day. Didn't identify herself and started barking questions at me while I'm moving things in. Very off-putting, not professional and giving me some serious attitude. I would highly recommend some coaching for this individual.

Keila is magnificent , she has helped me a lot during my storage. She’s very firm and professional, she helped me get my storage units and every time I needed her assistance she went beyond to help me out. Property is clean and customer service is great you don’t get that a lot . I’m please with her service and I will recommend to family and friends . Thank you Keila Merry Christmas
