Seamless transaction online in choosing and reserving the size storage area that I needed at their Lee Rd facility. I was able to take advantage of a reduced rate they were promoting for the Labor Day holiday. Excellent customer service by Cory, who satisfactorily answered questions I had posed for clarification on my contract.
