Staff has been very helpful. We needed to use a flat dolly. They provided one. This last visit on Sunday 3/1, the large dolly was already in the elevator. No issues. Very happy.

I had some complications with my account, and Brock was so helpful in getting things sorted out. Not only is he incredibly kind, but he also truly cares about the customer. It felt like we were on the same team.

Rented here for a year and needed a bigger unit. Michael helped us at the desk and was incredibly helpful. He answered all my questions and was patient while we worked out logistics. He made the whole thing smooth and easy to transfer to a bigger unit
