Nichole, the attendant, was very friendly and helpful. She helped me set up my account online. She showed me exactly where my unit was. They have Climate controlled units. You also need codes to enter the property, and again to enter the building. They provide you with a lock and keys. I’m very satisfied with my choice and would recommend Public Storage.

Nichole helped make everything go smooth for getting a unit. She was professional, answered all of my questions, and really displayed great customer service. I feel great about using the facility because of her.
