Stephen at Public Storage was absolutely fantastic. He was so friendly, extremely helpful, and made the entire setup process smooth and easy from start to finish. He gave us a tour of the facility and personally walked us through how to get in and find our unit, which we really appreciated. The facility itself is very clean and feels secure. Excellent customer service all around — Stephen truly made this a great experience!

Stephen is amazing!!! He helped me get two units basically right next too each other. Awesome customer service! Will 100% recommend this location with the caliber of customer service, friendliness, courteous, professionalism. He made the process seamless, quick and efficient. This is the location off of city base in San Antonio, TX. Give this man a raise!!!

I’ve been trying for a couple of days to get on here and write this review, and honestly, it’s long overdue. The manager, Ms. Peitra, at this location truly deserves to be recognized. She has consistently greeted me with kindness and has provided excellent customer service every single time I’ve spoken with her—whether in person or over the phone. She is also amazing at multitasking; she’s always on the move, taking care of customers and handling business with ease. I’m writing this now because I recently needed to make a change to my account, which required calling the office. It was difficult to get through after multiple attempts, so I left a voicemail. I did receive a call back quickly, but due to heavy static on the line, I couldn’t understand most of the message—and then the call abruptly dropped. Shortly after, I received a call from Ms. Peitra’s personal cell phone. She explained that their phone lines were having issues due to internet support problems and apologized for the inconvenience. I explained my situation, and she immediately offered to help. She patiently walked me through each step, explained what I needed to do, and made sure I understood everything clearly. She truly took the time to listen to my concerns and helped me find the best solution for my needs. Ms. Peitra goes above and beyond, and her dedication deserves recognition. 5 STARS ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
