Miguel was super friendly explaining everything in great detail. :-) Update: I’ve now completed my time using the facility and wanted to add… I recently finished using this storage facility, and everything worked out perfectly. It’s always clean, super secure, and well-maintained. I’m done for now, but this will definitely be my go-to place if I ever need storage again in the future. I also really appreciated all my conversations with Miguel—he was always helpful and a pleasure to deal with.

Clean place and enjoyed it, however am extremely dissatisfied and disappointed with their tactics to get renters out so they can rent the spaces for higher rates. My 10x10 contract was for $164 a month starting in January 2026 I just received an email that my rent in April will increase to $238 ($253 with fees) and that if I was to downsize it would be $209(before fees) still over $40 more than my original rate. I understand these units are now more in demand but to increase rent so drastically in such a short amount of time is such a poor customer experience and unfair.

Elivater is breaks often, poorly maintained place, very expensive, poorly lit inside (i had to bring my own lights just to see inside)....brought this to their attention and just got brushed off and ignored. They are unwilling to work with you when they change the price after moving to almost 200% more after a few months of renting. I dont know how they have 4.9 stars. They must fabricate reviews. Dont rent here! You'll be sorry
