Self-Storage at U-Haul

This is the best Uhaul location and experience I have ever had! Not only the best Uhail, but the best storage experience over all businesses. The staff were friendly, polite, and extremely helpful. They explained everything I needed to know clearly and with a demonstration of using the keypad. I love the new card access system and the free lock! Easy, easy, easy! I will recommend this location to everyone I meet. They deserve recognition!

Manager Ethan has proven over and over is hard working efforts of respecting the property of U- Haul in San Jan Capistrano. He takes care of tenants request ASAP and is very hard working. I have referred this U-Haul property several times due to Ethan’s management.

I am very pleased with the new staff you have. Yesterday Monday, around 1pm, a very nice young man ( he is blond, tall and thin) help me and gave me all information I needed it. Sometimes this process of moving and opening/closing storages can be a bit overwhelming but he made it smoothly as possible! Thank you!!!!!
