Trinity at public storage San Pablo is AWESOME!!! Can’t say enough good things about how professional and kind she was to deal with. She did my rent by phone in no time! It was so easy and made the process stress free! It took less than 5 minutes to complete the entire process. I was honestly dreading it but it was so easy. So thank you to Trinity for being so helpful and knowledgeable and making this as easy as it was.

I didn't end up getting a storage unit, but Allen was wonderful to work with. He was patient, knowledgeable, and treated me with respect the entire time. I really appreciated his honesty and willingness to help.

Very convenient for me. I’ve used it off and on for a few years. I feel like my stuff is safe there. Dolly is the MVP lately. If she’s not the manager she probably should be. There was a customer who was having an issue with the elevator and putting up a stink.She remained calm and helpful. Good multi tasking. While helping me as well!
