Security Public Storage

When I arrived from NYC to sort and organize my storage unit after years, I did not even remember which was my unit. Valerie, the manager, with calmness and kindness helped me to find which was the correct locker and was supportive as I worked in the facility for three days to assess the contents and choose what to keep and what to discard. She was both supportive but also gave me the space to do what I needed to do. The facility is very clean and well-organized.

I switched from another storage facility, and this place from the very beginning was hands down a step above. Briana who signed me up was very knowledgeable and friendly, Though I interrupted her lunch she took the time to answer every question I had, showed me the unit and property which is very clean,quiet and secure, each unit has an alarm.I left feeling very confident that my property was in good hands.I would highly recommend this facility and in particular Briana. 5☆

Today I visited this location on San Pablo Dam Road to inquire about some storage for the new year. Valerie Smith was very informative, professional and most of all knowledgeable. She showed me all of the different sizes of storage units and the prices for each. Out of all the storage facilities I have visited I was most impressed with this place. That is mainly to due with Valerie. You have a diamond employee there and definitely a keeper. Once I finish checking out some other storage locations I’m sure I’ll be going back to Security Public in San Pablo For my new year storage needs.
