I was able to hold a unit online and show up to see in person my storage space options because I couldn't make a decision just off the online size chart alone. I was taken back right away to see the different unit sizes and make a decision. Ally was great and helped me complete my rental with ease. The whole process was very quick, and Ally was very honest and thorough :)
